Candidates must have Post graduation degree with minimum CGPA 3.00 in the scale of 4.00 in both graduation and post graduation level. In SSC and HSC applicants must have GPA 4.00 out of 5.00. In the tradition system of academic results, candidates must have 4 first classes or divisions. Candidates age is not more than 30 years as on July 31, 2019 and 32 years for the children of freedom fighters.
Finally selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Tk 45,000/- on probation for the 1st year and will get Tk50,000/- for the 2nd year. After successful completion of Probation Period, he/she will be designated as a Senior Officer as per prevailing compensation package.
