I never heard that last day of April is 31st. A prestigious financial institution should not make such silly mistake. Is the calendar has been changed due to COVID 19

99th prize bond draw was scheduled to be held on April 30, 2020. But due to general holiday declared by BD Government, 99th prize bond draw was not held on scheduled time.
