Eligibility:
Candidates must have a post graduation/ graduation degree in any discipline from any govt private or public university of home and abroad. Candidates must have 3 first classes or equivalent CGPA without having any 3rd class or equivalent CGPA. Candidates should have adequate computer knowledge. Candidates’ age must not above of 30 years as on 30.12.2015
Candidates who will be selected finally, have to sign a ‘surety bond’ to serve the bank for a minimum of 4 years from the date of joining. Selected candidates will get a monthly remuneration of Tk40000/- for 1 year probation period. After completing probation period, successful MTOs will be absorbed in regular cadre according to the Bank’s internal policies.
