Eligibility for Meghna Bank Limited Management Trainee Officer: Applicants’ age must be less 30 years on October 31, 2014. Candidates must have MBA/ MBM/ Masters in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Public Administration, English, Accounting, Management, Computer Science degree from Any Public University, North South University, East West University, BRAC University and Independent University Bangladesh. Minimum 02 (two) first divisions/ classes or equivalent CGPA(minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00) having no 3rd division/class in academic career.

Remuneration and Benefits: Selected candidates will get monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk. 35,000/- for the probation period. After successful completion of probation period of 1 (one) year and subject to qualifying the prescribed tests, the candidates will be absorbed as Senior Officer in the Bank. Candidates selected for appointment as MTO will be required to execute a bond for serving the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years including the probation period.
