Interested candidate has to apply through SMS from Teletalk Prepaid Mobile Phone. The details SMS System is given below. Go to mobile Message option from teletalk prepaid mobile phone.
1. Type CAD <Space> College EIIN No <Space> First Letter of desired group <Space> First 3 letters of your board <Space> SSC Roll No <Space> SSC/ Equivalent Passing Year <Space> First Letter of Desired Shift <Space> First Letter of Version Name <Space> Quota and Send it to 16222
2. After sending SMS you will get a return message with PIN number and payment information
3. If you agree with SMS. Then type CAD <Space> YES <Space> PIN <Space> Contact Number and send it to 16222
4. After that you will get a confirmation message mentioning your name and tracking number
