Requirements: Candidates must have graduation degree from any discipline with having minimum CGPA 3.3 out of 4 or First Class from reputed universities only. Candidates must have CGPA 4.0 out of 5.0 in both SSC and HSC levels. Strong interpersonal communication and people skills is a must.

Salary/Benefits: Selected candidates will be entitled to a monthly salary of TK40,000 during training period of 1 year. After successful training period selected MTOs will be confirmed as “Senior Officer” with as per Bank’s pay and service rules.
