BPSC non cadre exam may be held in two/three phases. If the number candidates is more than 1000 for a post, a preliminary test will be taken. Other wise only written and viva voce will be held. Besides practical test may be taken for different positions. Generally At first all candidates have to appear in the Preliminary Exam. Then Applicants who will pass in the Preliminary Exam, they have to sit for written exam. Successful candidates have to face Viva Voce.
How to apply: Interested and eligible candidates have to apply through BPSC website http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd to atten non cadre exam. After successfully completing online application form through bpsc.teletalk.com.bd, applicants will get a USER ID. Then Candidates have to pay exam fees through the USER ID. Non cadre exam fees have to be paid within 72 hours after completing online application. For online application, applicants have to upload a 300*300 pixels photo and 300*80 pixels signature. Photo size must be below than 100KB and signature must be below than 60KB. Application fees have to be paid through Teletalk prepaid mobile phone. Application fees is Tk600 for 9th Grade Tk500 for 10th Grade and Tk300 for 11th Grade candidates.
