About Bankers’ Selection Committee (BSC): Bangladesh Bank formed Bankers’ Selection Committee (BSC) in 2015 to recruit first and second class officials of the state-owned banks and financial institutions . Bangladesh Bank governor is the chief of the committee while the chief officers of the state-owned banks and financial institutions are its members. An additional secretary of the banking division of the finance ministry is also member of the committee.
